2010-2011 Scholarship Acceptance Form
All Purdue University Calumet students are automatically considered for Purdue University Calumet scholarships and are awarded based on the requirements of the donor, qualifications of the student, and fund availability. There is no separate scholarship application required. However, certain scholarships require that students complete an application specific to that scholarship in order to be considered.
